RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


  1. Order Cancellation


Once your order is confirmed (payment completed), it will be processed immediately for shipment.  

Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to your order.

  1. Returns & Exchanges


As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.  

(e.g. wrong size, change of mind, incorrect order, etc.)


Please make sure to carefully review the product description and size details before placing your order.



  1.  Defective or Incorrect Items


We only accept returns or exchanges in cases where the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.  

You will also need to provide your order information (such as order number).


Please contact us via our official LINE account within 7 days of receiving your item.


If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations, we will issue a refund instead.


We will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending a replacement.  

Please note that returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
